Global Development

The Global Development certificate at the Division of Global Affairs engages scholars in multidisciplinary discourse and methods on a broad range of global issues addressed by international law and policy making entities. These include a focus on national governments, regional organizations, the World Trade Organization, the United Nations, the World Bank, and the International Criminal Court.  Issues include norm creation, agenda setting, education, environment, economy, sustainable development, gender equality, food security, and technology, among others.  The concentration in global policy trains scholars as leading thinkers and practitioners in global governance.
