Career Development

At the Division of Global Affairs we prepare our students for a wide variety of careers in global affairs.  As part of our graduate programs our students are encouraged to take internships and fellowships which develop professional experience and gives to them the opportunity to explore the rich possibilities that an advanced degree in global affairs offers. While in our program and after graduation Global Affairs graduate students build careers in academia, the non-profit, public, and private sectors. Below find three sections which contain updated listings of positions and opportunities geared toward our students and alumni.
The Division of Global Affairs also provides business cards to Ph.D. students who successfully passed the Ph.D. comprehensive examination in order to support their job-seeking activities. If you want to make your business card, please submit signed Business Card Request Form by DGA Director (Dr. Richard M. O’Meara) and Associate Director (Natalie Jesionka) to Desiree Gordon (Conklin Hall 220A).
